Overview

Complete your Warehouse training and qualifications with us, we have regular courses running across Liverpool City Region. 

 

Enrol on our Warehouse and Storage course where you will also gain the skills and knowledge around Lean Management Techniques within the Warehouse industry.

You will work towards the following qualifications during your course:

  • Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage Principles (RQF)

  • Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques (RQF)

  • Level 2 Award in Land-based Forklift Truck Operations (RQF)

  • Forklift Truck licence; Reach or Counterbalance

 

  • Duration – 4 weeks classroom

  • Location – Liverpool

 

The course is fully-funded subject to eligibility and also covers the cost of completing your Fork Lift Truck licence and you can complete either the reach or counter balance FLT licence.

ABOUT

The Level 2 Warehouse Certificate is designed to support and prepare you to enter employment with an understanding of a range of warehouse principles including how to receive and store goods and materials, how to process orders and dispatch goods, health, safety, security and legislation. Northwest Education and Training is offering this Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage Principles (RQF), delivered by one of our sector specialists.

 

You will also receive training to achieve your FLT licence which will include lift truck controls and instruments, Operation of hydraulic controls, on/off ramp driving, vehicle loading and unloading, lift truck stability and the operators’ safety code.

Assessments

For your Warehouse & Storage, Lean Organisation Management Techniques and Award in Land-based Forklift Truck Operations you will complete your units which are subject to assessment, and achievement of the qualification is through completion of a workbook answering all required questions.

 

To achieve your reach or counterbalance FLT licence you will be observed carrying out practical assessments using the vehicle covering all elements required to pass the test.

 

As you complete your qualification our Employment Engagement Team will support you with CV preparation and job search.
